Call status
One agent, the whole job — from ring to booking.
It answers, qualifies, quotes from your price list and books — then drops the result into the tools your team already uses.
voice engines per agent
agents written and ready to run
ways in — Twilio or your SIP trunk
markup on a minute you buy
Nobody reaches voicemail again
Answered on the first ring at any hour — it knows your prices and logs every call.
Work the whole list, not the top
Upload a CSV, set your hours, and let it run with speed-to-lead built in.
The calendar fills mid-call
Slots are checked and booked before the caller hangs up — no callbacks.

Three steps to a phone that never misses.
Most teams get their first agent answering live calls in an afternoon.
Connect
Connect your number
Bring your own Twilio account or SIP trunk and point a number at Voicelo. Nothing to port, nothing to rent — it stays in your name.
~5 minutes
Teach
Teach your agent
Paste your price list, hours and rules, then pick one of three voice engines. It answers from your knowledge base and follows your instructions.
~20 minutes
Launch
Go live
Flip it on. It picks up on the first ring, qualifies the caller, books mid-call and drops everything into the tools your team already uses.
same afternoon
Voice agents, reinvented.
Talking is the easy half. Voicelo actually does the job — listening, deciding and acting on a live call, then filing the result away.

It listens continuously
Not in turns. Talk over it and it stops, listens, and picks the thread back up.
It decides from your KB
Follows your written instructions and says so when it does not know — no invented prices.
It acts, mid-call
Checks the calendar, books, transfers to a human, tags the lead, ends the call.
It lands in your tools
CRM record, Slack ping, calendar entry and a row in a sheet — no retyping.
Built for businesses that live on the phone.
If a missed call means a lost customer, Voicelo pays for itself fast.
Home services
HVAC, plumbing and electrical — catch the emergency call before the next firm does.
02Clinics & dental
Fill cancellations, triage requests and book appointments without tying up the front desk.
03Auto dealerships
Answer every service and sales enquiry, qualify the buyer and set the test drive.
04Real estate
Speed-to-lead on every listing enquiry, day or night, straight into a viewing.
05Legal & professional
Intake new matters, screen callers and route the ones that matter to a human.
06Agencies & multi-location
Run dozens of agents across the whole book of business from one place.
Six is the shortlist, not the whole list — the test is the one above. If a missed call costs you a customer, the same logic holds for whatever you run. Hear it on a call.
Seventy-two seconds, start to booked.
A real inbound call to a heating company, exactly as the platform logged it. Nobody on their side touched anything.
Answered
First ring. No queue, no menu, no “press 1”.
Understood
Boiler down, no heat. Tagged urgent without being told to.
Looked it up
Quoted the call-out fee from your own price list, not a guess.
Offered slots
Two times that were genuinely free on the engineer’s calendar.
Booked
Written to Google Calendar while she was still on the line.
Confirmed
WhatsApp sent, lead scored, transcript in the log.
The math against the alternatives.

Free is a plan, not a trial — no card, no countdown, and it does not stop working. Paid plans renew themselves and can be cancelled from your billing page any time; cancelling stops the renewal and leaves the period you have already paid for intact. Move up whenever the limits start to pinch, and you keep every agent you have already built. Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs, OpenRouter and Sarvam bill you directly, at their own rates.
The things people actually ask.
Straight answers, no discovery call required. Still stuck? Ask us anything.
What is Voicelo?
Voicelo is an AI voice agent platform for businesses that run on the phone. Agents answer your inbound calls and place outbound ones on your own numbers — qualifying leads in real time, answering from your knowledge base, booking appointments mid-call, and handing over to a human when the situation calls for it. Every call comes back as a recording, a transcript and a summary.
How much does a call actually cost to run?
You pay Voicelo a flat platform fee and your providers their own published rates — there is no per-minute markup on top. Because the Twilio, Deepgram, ElevenLabs and OpenRouter accounts are yours, you can see exactly what a minute costs and shop those rates without involving us.
Does it sound like a robot?
Judge it yourself — have an agent call you rather than take our word for it. Agents handle being interrupted and pick the thread back up, and you can tune speaking speed and pitch per agent, so the same script sounds urgent on a repair line and unhurried on a clinic line.
Do I need my own Twilio account?
You need either a Twilio account or a SIP trunk, and both stay in your name. Paste your Twilio credentials and you can buy a number in two clicks, or point an existing SIP trunk at us and keep the carrier and numbers you already have — no porting, no new provider relationship.
What happens when the agent cannot help?
It hands the call to a person, using the escalation rules you write in plain English. You decide what counts — an angry caller, a legal question, anything outside the service area — and the agent transfers to the named person instead of guessing, with the transcript already attached.
How long does it take to get an agent live?
Three steps: pick one of the 20 ready-made agents, connect a number, and point the number at the agent. The templates ship with a full script, objection handling and escalation rules already written, so the work is editing English rather than building a call flow from scratch.
Who runs the infrastructure, and what do I actually own?
Voicelo runs the platform. You create an account and get your own workspace, kept separate from every other account, so there is no server for you to provision or patch. What stays in your name is every layer that costs money per call: your own Twilio account or SIP trunk, and your own Deepgram, OpenRouter and ElevenLabs keys, each billed to you directly by the provider rather than resold through us.
Is it legal to record calls and to make outbound calls?
It depends on your jurisdiction, and it is yours to get right rather than ours to have an opinion about. Calls go out on your own carrier account, to lists you supply, which makes you the caller under the rules that apply. Screening that list is your job, not the platform's: do-not-call suppression and consent are yours to manage before you import. Agents can be instructed to announce that a call is recorded. Check the rules that apply to you before you launch a campaign.
Which languages can an agent speak?
All 20 shipped agent templates are written in English for the US, UK and Canada. The underlying engines go further — the Classic pipeline and Deepgram Voice Agent handle major European languages, and the Sarvam engine covers Indian languages including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali and Marathi — so a non-English agent is a matter of rewriting the instructions.
Can I connect it to my CRM?
Yes — HubSpot, Slack, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, WhatsApp and n8n are built in, and anything else goes through the REST API or signed webhooks. A qualified call becomes a CRM record, a Slack message and a calendar entry without anyone retyping it.
