Voice agents that run on your own stack, not ours.
Voicelo is a product of Xenflows. It builds AI agents that answer and place real phone calls — booking appointments, qualifying leads and updating the systems a business already runs on.
Why it is built this way
Most voice-AI products are a closed box: one telephony provider, one speech stack, one language model, and a per-minute price with someone else’s margin inside it. That is fine until the model you need is not the one on offer, or the voice you want does not speak your language, or the bill stops making sense at volume.
Voicelo takes the other approach. You bring your own accounts — carrier, speech, language model — and the platform orchestrates them. You can see which model answered a call, change it per agent, and pay the providers directly at their rates.
- Three engines
- A classic pipeline, Deepgram's Voice Agent, and Sarvam for Indic languages. Chosen per agent, not per account.
- Your keys
- Telephony and AI run on your own provider accounts, at your own rates.
- Your numbers
- Point a Twilio number or a SIP trunk at an agent. No number rental in the middle.
- Your model
- Pick from the live catalogue. Nothing is pinned to a model we chose for you.

Using it responsibly
An agent that calls people carries obligations — consent, disclosure, do-not-call lists, recording law. Those are yours to meet: you supply the list and the carrier, so you are the caller under the rules that apply. The Terms of Service set out plainly where that responsibility sits. If you are weighing this up, the Privacy Policy names every third party that touches a call.
